Announcements Week of July 23rd

Make a difference in the life of a child this summer by serving in Kidventure. We are in need of leaders and helpers for the summer for infants-5th grade. Serve individually or as a family (must be 12+). Sign ups are posted outside each classroom.

Heart of the City is providing a community-wide weekly free lunch program. If you would like to be a part of this program, either in volunteering or in sponsoring supplies needed for the summer, please register here.

July 27- August 24 | 7:00PM-8:30PM | Contact: Emma Weaver
Parks&Wreck is for all Middle School students. We will meet every Thursday during the Summer. Drop your child off at Palermo Park in Villebois right next to the Farmers’ Market! Be prepared to get messy and wet! Come and bring your friends for a crazy fun time!

July 28 | 7:30AM-2:00PM | Cost: $100 | OGA Golf Course | Contact: Jordan Lutz
Join us for a day of golf to raise money for Living Water to provide a well for a community in need. Includes a bucket of balls, cart and lunch from Slick’s BBQ. Compete for prizes and participate in other fun activities. You will not want to miss this fun day! Register here.

Move is a week long camp for high school students who are wanting to grow in their relationship with God as well as have a great time with friends and leaders. Move takes place @ Oregon State University where over a 1000 other high school students come together to worship and be challenged in their faith. This is an event you won’t want to miss! Wilsonville’s annual summer bash, Fun in the Park, is coming up the first Saturday in August! Grace Chapel is a founding member of this event, and we are happy to be a big part of it every year! This year we are in charge of the always popular Rock Wall, which is brand new for us. If you are interested in helping the kids of Wilsonville safely climb the wall, or help in any other part of the day, please contact Lauren or visit the signup table in the back of the worship center.

A gathering for blended families, those looking to become a blended family, anyone who grew up in a blended family, or anyone with other experiences with the blending of families. Come for a time of food and connecting. The gathering will be held at 14732 SW Brooke Ct, Sherwood, OR. Please RSVP to Ryan Schulz.

Our next blood drive is coming up on Wednesday, August 9th!  Summer months are particularly hard to find donors, so American Red Cross is giving a $5 Target gift card to anyone who signs up with a valid email address and signs in for their appointment. Sign up any time from 2-7pm on that day by clicking here and searching for the “Grace Chapel” drive. Contact Lauren if you have any questions!

Strength and Conditioning for all ages. Join us for a beginner level workout led by our own Megan Dahlman (she will give tips on making it harder if you are more advanced). We will meet at Town Center Park in Wilsonville. Bring a mat if you have one and your water bottle!
