Ardent Students Ministries builds intentional relationships between leaders and students in order for them to Experience and Express the Essence of Jesus Christ. Through Groups, where our sole purpose is to encourage and motivate students to grow into the person God has designed them to be, students experience a safe place of belonging where they will feel confident inviting others along in their journey with Christ.
We gather every Sunday at 12pm as a Middle School Family. Come into the youth room (gym) and shoot hoops, play 9-square, Gaga Ball, hang out with friends and leaders! Every Sunday we gather in small groups to engage in conservation around Alpha Youth Video Series & The Bible Project where we discuss life and faith in Jesus.
ARDENT TUESDAY NIGHTS
We gather every Tuesday Night for a fun, high energy time with friends and leaders! These are great nights to bring all your friends for a fun time of games, raffle time, worship, a message, and small group conversations on life as a middle school student.
Every Fall we attend “BELIEVE” put on by CIY (Christ In Youth). BELIEVE is a high-energy weekend event made for middle school students. Students and leaders will engage in a packed weekend of powerful worship and teaching from God’s word that focuses on being Kingdom workers.
Every Winter Ardent JH puts on a Winter Camp located at Trout Creek Bible Camp. This camp is ran by the Grace Chapel staff designed just for Middle School students. Students and their leaders will spend a weekend together with their cabins as they play paint ball, zip line through the forest, rock climb, play epic night games, worship, hear a message about Jesus, and have cabin time to discuss what is on their minds and hearts. This has been such an impactful time for many students in their relationship with Jesus and their friends and leaders.
Ardent High School Student Ministry motivates students to experience and express the essence of Jesus in our lives transforming us into the people God has called us to be. Through this we experience life to the fullest and are connected to the heart of God on a daily basis. Ardent pursues this through our weekly Wednesday events and small groups that meet based on grade and gender during the week. We also serve the broken and sometimes forgotten through City Team International in Portland. During Spring break, we build homes in Mexico through Amor Ministries and it is an absolutely incredible experience.
Ardent Wednesday night is for high school students to connect to the Father+Son+Holy Spirit. Dinner / Testimony / Prayer / Worship / The Word all designed for high school students to minister to one another and hear what God has to say for their lives.
If your child would like to participate in an Ardent event, they will need to have a completed liability form on file with us. You are also welcome to pick one up in the Ardent Youth Room.
This spring break Ardent high schoolers will be teaming up with Amor Ministry in Mexico to build a house for a family in need. In this week students will learn what it means to be a missionary for the Lord. Students will walk away with a cross culture experience and a more open heart.
