Environments

Life's most significant moments most often center on relationships. Whether you're in a trendy urban neighborhood or a friendly suburban community, you will discover that when people get together for community there are the three predominant relational environments with differing degrees of size and intimacy: The park (where you find a lot of people with a low degree of relational connection), the coffee shop (where we meet with those we know or are getting to know), or the living room (where we invite people into our lives).

Here at Grace Chapel we believe that life change happens best in the context of relationships and so we have adopted this natural relational process as our metaphor for doing ministry. We provide community by recreating these three environments in led by skilled staff and volunteers filled with opportunities to meet people and develop relational connectedness. All of our community ministries (student, young adult, men, women, and family) offer places for you in each of these kinds of environments to help facilitate the most natural development of relationships.
