We, Jay (11.04) and Gretta (11.14) have been serving in camp ministry for 8 years, but have been serving together as a couple since we were married (10.11.03). We both have a passion for seeing kids and families come to Jesus through camp experiences. We have a daughter Kaia (03.02.06) and son Titus (10.10.07).  We serve together at Canby Grove in Canby, Oregon where Jay is the Director of Ministry Development and Gretta works at home.

Canby Grove provides guests and campers a unique setting with unique experiences in order for God to have a unique opportunity to change their lives.

As the Director of Ministry Development, Jay is responsible for the program, marketing, and fundraising departments.  He wears many hats and is actively praying for more workers to help share the load and finances to make it happen. 

Canby Grove is not only a summer camp, it is also a year-round conference center providing the local church with a place for retreats, training events, conferences, and camps.  At Canby Grove we provide environments for people to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life so they may stop and hear God’s voice in a fresh, clear way.

We long to see people of all ages changed by the power of God’s Word and grow in their relationship with Him…whether that means trusting Christ as their personal Savior or deepening their already existing walk with Him.
