Advocate for them, share their needs and ministries with the other people you know.  The more people that know about their ministry, the more people can help.

Be a birthday Buddy.  Remember birthdays and anniversaries.

Culture, family, and ministries… so much to ask them about.  Let them come home to family and friends… You!

Dvds/books/cds that blessed your spiritual walk or your emotional relationships, would bless them too.  Send or suggest them to your missionary.

Everyone needs a night off.  Watch their kids and give them a gift certificate to dinner.  Offer them your vacation home, or the use of your RV.

Forward words of affirmation and encouragement by mail, email, text, phone, or skype.  People love mail, especially the kids with a card specifically addressed to them.

Give them “tastes of home”   to our international missionaries.  Kool-aid or sugar free drink mixes, taco or ranch seasoning packets, and/or sugar free gum.  If you enjoy it, they are probably missing it!

Hands and feet.  What missionary couldn’t use an extra pair?  Offer to store their stuff, send their newsletters for them, or host a fund raiser or an informational dessert. They are our hands and feet to the world, let’s be their extra set of hands and feet.
