TASTE OF GRACE
September 27 | 7:00-8:30PM | Contact: email@example.com
We are hosting a Taste of Grace in our lobby at 7p and we’d love for you to come. It’s a casual time where we enjoy some desserts, hear a bit of the “Grace Story” from our Lead Pastor Mike, and look at the opportunities, ministries and programs that can be found at Grace Chapel. We do have childcare available. Register by emailing us.
Come together with friends and leaders to watch a movie out on the lawn and have food by an incredible food truck Gulf Bites! The address for this event is 26342 SW Baker Rd in Sherwood.
Our next Child Dedication service will be next Sunday. If you are interested in having your child dedicated to the Lord, please contact Brad Peterson.
If you are post high school through career come join us for a night of community! We will join together to share a meal and have a discussion. We will be launching a new series!
SPIRITUAL PARENTING COURSE
October 4 | 1:00PM | Contact: bernadette@gracechapelonline.
It’s hard enough to train kids to behave, but good behavior isn’t what Jesus calls for in the Bible. He wants hearts and souls that are shaped in vibrant faith and love toward God and others. How can parents cultivate this in their children? We go through a 6 week class looking at practical examples and biblical insight on the spiritual role of parenting. Spiritual Parenting introduces the simple, but revolutionary concept that parents are by the power of God’s Spirit to obey and depend on God, in order to create an environment God can use to beckon their children to Him. This course is $25 and includes childcare, lunch and a book. Registration Required.
Join us for our annual fall toy and clothing swap in the Kidventure Theater at Grace Chapel. Swappable items include boys and girls clothing and shoes (preemie to preteen sizes), maternity and nursing clothes, infant equipment, toys, books, DVDs, games, and puzzles. Drop-off begins at 6:00 PM and the swap starts promptly at 7:00. If you can volunteer with set-up, sorting, or clean-up, please contact Erin Glogau.
