Guest Care Teams

The Guest Care teams include Greeters, Ushers and the Parking Team. It’s our desire that every person who comes to Grace Chapel’s Sunday Morning environment gets warmly and genuinely welcomed 5 TIMES.  It takes over 60 volunteers working together in the Guest Care Teams in order to make this 5 TIMES goal possible. The time commitment is very flexible and it’s a wonderful and simple way to connect with Grace Chapel. Some volunteer a few times each month while others volunteer one month on and one month off (when their in town) for a particular service.

Children’s Community

The Children’s Community includes Nursery/Toddler Volunteers, Preschool Teachers, Kidventure: Greeters, Small Group Leaders, Drama and Worship Teams. In Children’s Community we strive to provide the best possible leadership for children birth through 5th grade.  Consistency is HUGE and so we ask anyone in leadership to commit to service on a regular basis.  For more information and ministry specifics on this amazing ministry check out: KIDVENTURE ONLINE.

Creative Arts

At Grace Chapel we have a high value of seeing the life changing message of Jesus Christ communicated in a sensory environment. This can only be done with people using their God-given talents. Below is listed the different ministry areas for serving.

Worship Team: The Grace Chapel Worship Team exists to lead the congregation into worship during each of our weekend services. This team is comprised of skilled musicians and singers who meet weekly for rehearsal. There is an application and audition process that is required for this team.

Sound Team: Through this ministry the Lord is worshiped and His words is heard at our services and all church events. We are always looking for fun,energetic, servant-hearted team players to partner with us in this vital ministry. The areas of opportunity are:Mixing, Monitor World, Stage Manager, Setup/Tear Down. Training is provided.

Visual Team: The Visual Team is comprised of lighting, video, and graphic presentation and is an integral part of all of our weekend service and all-church events. This team enhances the Worship time by adding visual dimension through video, lighting and graphics.

High School Leaders

The Elements Community offers students an opportunity to worship, learn, pray, study, connect with peers, join a Lifegroup lead by trained youth staff and to serve their church, community and world. It’s our desire that students feel invited, included and involved in this Youth Community.   Supporting Elements can vary in time, skill level and availability.  From supporting roles as prayer warrior, goody provider, special event chauffeur, or host for Summer House Parties, these vital acts of service are so appreciated by students and youth staff alike.
